Our Team

Dr. Achim Wennmann is the Editor of the Geneva Policy Outlook and has led the strategic development of this initiative as part of his functions as Director for Strategic Partnerships of the Geneva Graduate Institute. He is also a Professor in the Institute's Interdisciplinary Programme where he holds the Nagulendran Chair in Peace Mediation. Achim has over 20 years of experience in strategic management of complex projects across research, policy, and practitioner communities and has served in multiple advisory roles for international organisations, companies, foundations, governments.


Léna Rieder-Menge is the Communications and Community Building Manager for the Geneva Policy Outlook as part of her functions as Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Public Relations at the Geneva Graduate Institute. She also manages the Advancing Development Goals International Contest, also known as The Geneva Challenge. In parallel to her work, she is the Co-Founder and President of FLAG21, a Geneva based association aiming to facilitate the social inclusion of refugees through sport. She holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Policy from City University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Geneva.

Prathit Singh is the Project Coordinator and English Language Editor of the Geneva Policy Outlook. He holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies, specialising in Human Rights and Humanitarianism, from the Geneva Graduate Institute. Prathit is also a youth advocate for child and youth rights and brings professional experience from the United Nations Development Program, Terre des hommes, to the Institute for Inspiring Children’s Futures at the University of Strathclyde, the University of Edinburgh, and more. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Delhi.
